I believe that all children can learn but are diverse in the way in which each learns. I believe that with hard work and perseverance we can touch each child in a special way. However, the ultimate key to success is keeping the culture positive and communication open among staff, students, and parents. I feel that teamwork is the process in which a school can be successful in reaching the goal of helping a child attain his or her full potential. I am honored to have the opportunity to continue reaching, teaching, and inspiring all students at Crestview Middle. My passion for education involves providing an exciting, rigorous, and safe learning environment for all students. My commitment to building positive relationships and leading by example will go hand in hand while displaying Charger Pride!"
During my free time, I enjoy reading, participating in Spartan Races, riding my motorcycle, and watching sports. One of my greatest accomplishments is sharing life with my three sons, Scott, C.J. and Kyngston!

My name is Tonia Bond-Beard. Prior to obtaining an administrative position, I taught 6th grade Reading/Language Arts and have taught 6th grade Social Studies and 7th grade Reading/Language Arts. My greatest joy comes from spending time with my husband and our two children. I am a firm believer that, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”-Nelson Mandela
My name is Fuzell Richardson. I received a Master of Science Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Victory University in 2011. I started my teaching career at Brighton High School as an Algebra I Inclusion Teacher in 2013. I was also the Head Coach of the Freshmen/JV Boys Basketball team and Assistant Coach of the Varsity Boys Basketball team for three years. When the opportunity presented itself, I had the honor of teaching in the Self-Contained classroom for Special Education. While at Brighton High School, I saw the need for some guidance in our male student population. I started a mentoring program for our at-risk students called the Men of Distinction with the help of other male staff members. Mentoring our youth should be a priority for all. I have been the Special Education Consulting Teacher at Brighton Middle School for the past two years, where I have advocated for our students with disabilities. I have four wonderful children and two grandchildren with one on the way (all girls). It fills my heart with joy when I hear my babies say, “I wanna go to Paw Paw’s house”. In my free time, I enjoy building things, watching sports, and spending time with my grandchildren.
