CMS Boys Basketball Tryouts will be Monday, September 19th, 2022 from 3:15pm to 5:30pm. 

Any boy who wants to try out, must have a physical on file before they try out. Physicals may be found in the front office or can be located online at https://cms.tipton-county.com/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=1454368&type=d&pREC_ID=1612857

The website above will take you to the the form links you need to have completed by a licensed medical physician and return it back to the school as soon as possible before you can try out.
