Online Registration for returning students must be complete before your student can receive a schedule and begin classes.  If you have already completed this online registration, thank you.  If you submitted your online registration, but indicated that you changed addresses, your registration cannot be marked complete until you bring in proof of residency with the new address.  You can scan and email that proof of residency to Mr. Chambers at [email protected] or you can bring it to Crestview Middle School from July 25th through July 29th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
