Skyward Family Access Digital Application.
This form is for parents needing access to their child's Skyward Family for grades and or registration.
Please Note: Driver's License photocopy is required. Take a picture of the license and upload it at the end of this form. The name on the driver's license of the one applying for the access MUST BE the name typed into the electronic application form here. Otherwise, access will be denied until the proper information is entered. We do this to ensure the security of your child's grades through FERPA Act.
Please note that this does not guarantee immediate access if there are any pending legal issues/or final legal documentation that can prevent you from getting access which may occur within the household. If there is a hold on your application, you will be notified at the e-mail address you provide to us in the form below. You may be required to contact our attendance clerk and guidance counselor at 901-840-9250 if there is a problem. Otherwise, we ask for your patience as we process your application request once all information is received.
