Student Council Announces Plans for Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child by Samaritan's Purse November 18th to 25th

The Crestview Middle School student council has a Christmas project this year that our class has been asked to participate in. We want our students to feel the joy of giving to others. We want them to experience what it is like to help others who are less fortunate than we are. This year we will be packing Christmas shoeboxes for children in third world countries who do not have anything. They are in need of toothbrushes, washcloths, soap, combs, etc.…., everyday things that are normal to us. We can contribute by filling a shoebox in our class to help a child this Christmas. Please send $1.00 or an item to help no later than Thursday, November 15th. All items can be found at Dollar Tree. Other items include but are not limited to: markers, crayons, scissors, pencil sharpeners, jewelry, rubber bands, hair ties, markers, coloring books, calculators, small flashlights, dolls, whistles, small musical toys, flip flops, t-shirts, etc. Please no used items and no liquids.

Thank you,

CMS Student Council
