Case 21 Testing for Distance Learners

Dear CMS Parents/Caregivers:

December 14-December 17 dates are the Case21 testing window for our distance learners. Case21 is our mid-term, benchmark assessment that is worth 20% of your child’s semester average. Case21 will test over ELA, Math, Science and Social Studies.

You can sign up for a testing time through SignUpGenius; testing will begin at 8:30am each day (please report to the school by 8:20am each day).

We have developed two testing options for Case21:

1. The student may take all four (4) tests at one time (approximately 4hrs).

2. The student may take two (2) tests at one time (ELA and Math), stop and come back at 12:30pm on the same day to complete the last two tests (Science and Social Studies).

*Upon arrival, your child will inform the testing proctor of his/her option. *

Distance Learners will enter the building through the front lobby (temperature taken) and be guided to the testing area, which is isolated from the general population (FYI: the computers will be disinfected after each use). Mask must be worn at all times while in the building.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school at 901-840-9250.
