Dr. Morris believes that all children can learn but are diverse in the way in which each learns. He believes that with hard work and perseverance we can touch each child in a special way. However, the ultimate key to success is keeping the culture positive and communication open among staff, students, and parents.  Dr. Morris feels that teamwork is the process in which a school can be successful in reaching the goal of helping a child attain his or her full potential.  I am honored to have the opportunity to continue reaching, teaching, and inspiring all students at Crestview Middle, my passion for education involves providing an exciting, rigorous and safe learning environment for all students. My commitment to building positive relationships and leading by example will go hand in hand while displaying Charger Pride!"

During his free time, Dr. Morris enjoys reading, participating in Spartan Races, riding his motorcycle and watching sports. One of his greatest accomplishments is sharing life with his two adult sons, Scott and CJ.

My name is Shelley Gough.  I graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2007 with a Masters in Educational Leadership, North Carolina University in 2006 with a Masters in Theology, the University of Memphis in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Education, and Shelby State Community College with an Associate of Science degree.

My goal is to graciously encourage every student, correct them lovingly, and instruct them patiently. I hope that each student will leave our school not only academically more advanced, but with a higher self-esteem and level of confidence as well. Learning, in my opinion, is not just information passed on; it is one life invested in another. My objective is for each student to excel and exceed their fullest potential.

When not at school, I love traveling, four wheeling, and fishing.
